The Iowa County Recorders Association consists of the 99 county recorders in Iowa. They are responsible for recording all land records in Iowa.
Project Description
Iowa Land Records consists of four main web applications built for the Iowa County Recorders Association. The Portal allows end users to search for land record information in Iowa. 
E-Submission allows E-Submitters to submit new land records (either through the user interface or through electronic submission) for recorder approval and eventual indexing. The Payment Service allows the E-Submitters to pay for the land records that are submitted. The XML Service allows land records to be uploaded to the Portal.
