Project Description
The ASC Servicing website https://www.ascservicing.com is a website that we host and support for America’s Servicing Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the largest finanacial institutions in North America.
This site provides ASC’s clients with access to servicing information: payment histories, collection notes, and some aggregation reports. ASC’s clients are the owners of the loans that ASC is servicing. In addition to the website, this system also receives fresh data on a nightly basis, and integrates that data into the system.
Technology Used
The Site has been migrated from the original ASP CGI programs which connected to a local MS Access database, through J2EE running on WebSphere and connecting to the Access database, J2EE on WebSphere connecting to a SQLServer database, and finally to J2EE on linux with Apache + Tomcat, connecting to a MySQL database. It was built on the Internet Application Framework. It now includes the use of an RSA token, which is needed to log into the site.
